New for 2019

Exhibitors will be able to reserve meeting space for a half or full day. To reserve a meeting space, please contact Amy Pfaffenbach at meetings@acpmail.org

Booth selection will be done online on a first come, first served basis following the priority selection period for the New Horizon Corporate supporters. If you are interested in learning more about the Foundation and the New Horizon capital campaign please visit https://www.phlebologyfoundation.org/newhorizon.

On April 1, you will be able to select your booth using an online interactive map. A $2,500 deposit per booth will be collected at the time of registration. If paying by invoice the deposit must be received within 15 days of the booth registration, otherwise your booth reservation will be released. The priority point system is no longer in use. Questions? Please, contact John Mangold at: development@acpfmail.org.

  • Exhibiting organizations must certify that exhibitor attendee registrants are full-time employees or official representatives of the exhibiting organization. Registration for exhibitor attendees will open May 6. Exhibiting companies will receive an email with instructions for registering exhibitor attendees. All exhibitor attendees must be registered with a unique email address.

  • All exhibitors and company representatives, including vendors entering the exhibit hall during exhibit and non-exhibit hours, must have the appropriate badges.

  • During exhibit days, badged exhibitors can enter the exhibit hall 30 minutes prior to opening and remain in the hall 30 minutes after closing.

  • Guests and children are not allowed in the exhibit hall during non-exhibit hours.

  • Exhibitor attendee badges must be worn at all times while in the hotel, including the exhibit hall and while attending scientific sessions**

  • Exhibitors are not eligible to receive CME credit unless they have registered as a scientific attendee.**

** Exhibitors are permitted to attend open (non-ticketed) scientific sessions of the Annual Congress, provided space is available. The scientific sessions are a forum separate from the promotional activities of the exhibit hall; therefore; exhibitors or company representatives attending educational sessions are expected to attend for the purposes of hearing the scientific information and not for the purpose of debate with speakers and other participants. Although the AVLS makes every attempt to accommodate all attendees, due to room size limitations the AVLS cannot guarantee to any exhibitor a seat an any of the scientific sessions. In the event that room capacity is achieved, priority will be given to registered scientific attendees. Any attendee, including exhibitors or company representatives, displaying disruptive behavior during scientific sessions will be dismissed from the meeting. Exhibitors interested in attending any of the ticketed sessions must register as a paid scientific attendee and purchase a ticket for the session.

Exhibitors will receive a link to the Exhibitors Service Manual in late August from AGS. A copy will also be available here. As an exhibitor at the AVLS Annual Congress, the Exhibitor Service Manual includes forms for ordering carpet, furniture, electricity and more. In addition, you can find information about registration, housing, transportation, promotional advertising opportunities, etc. AGS Expo Services will provide the Exhibitor Service Manual to all registered exhibitors following receipt of deposit.

A company profile will be created in the AVLS Annual Congress app in September for each registered exhibitor. Each Company Profile will be populated with information from your exhibitor booth registration. After the launch of the AVLS Annual Congress app, an invitation will be sent to fully paid exhibitors to activate and login to the mobile application, update the company profile, and upload any desired collateral.

All exhibitors are encouraged to send a representative to participate in an Open Forum with the AVLS staff members during the Annual Congress on Saturday, November 9 at 2:30 PM to be held in Grand Saguaro West. Future plans are formulated in response to the feedback provided at this meeting. All exhibitors are welcome.
