New sessions will focus on providing Live, Interactive and Practical education for both physicians and non-physicians in deep veins, superficial veins, vascular medicine, ultrasound, lymphatics and wound care.

To qualify for 2019 Annual Congress Member Pricing, you must maintain an active membership status through November 11, 2019. If your membership lapses between your registration date and November 11, we will ask that you either renew your membership or pay the non-member rate before arriving onsite in Phoenix.

Sunday Seminar Only Registration
A Sunday Seminar registration includes access to one of the four-hour sessions on Sunday, November 10 (view schedule). 
A Sunday Seminar registration will not have access to any Thursday - Saturday programming or the exhibit hall.

Guest Registration

The guest badge allows admittance to the Exhibit Hall during public hours, Opening Reception, continental breakfasts and coffee breaks. Guests may not attend any educational sessions, lunches, or any event for which an additional fee is required.

Recorded Content

All of the general and concurrent sessions will be recorded and available for purchase. Pre-order these recordings as a part of your registration to take advantage of the reduced rate.

Individuals who pre-purchase will receive email notification when the recordings are available, likely sometime in January 2020. 

Group Discount

Cancellation Fee: $295

Registration fees, less a $295.00 administrative fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the AVLS headquarters office via email to or fax to 510-346-6808. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than October 10, 2019. There will be no refund of fees for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after Congress is complete.
